Traffic Unit

 

The Traffic Unit is responsible for enforcing traffic laws and conducting selective traffic enforcement within high crash areas, school zones and other areas where complaints are received. The Traffic Unit is also responsible for investigating motor vehicle accidents and traffic homicide investigations. Unit members also participate in enforcement campaigns such as “Click it or Ticket” and multi agency DUI checkpoints throughout the year.
